Property Management

Some insurers may deny a claim or reduce your claim on a home that is vacant for a specified consecutive number of days (usually between 30 to 60 days), because of the high risk of damages that could occur. Total Secure will keep you in compliance and satisfy your Insurer.

We recommend a minimum of two to three days a week inspection of your property.

All of our inspections include
  • Checking perimeter of property
  • Mail and package forwarding
  • Remove papers, fliers, mail and packages
  • Check interior of your home
  • Electrical, plumbing and alarm system functionality
  • Snow removal
  • Flooding
  • Vandalism
  • Forced entry
  • Immediately after storm events
  • Run showers, sinks and flush toilets
  • Water indoor plants (by request)
  • Run motor vehicles (by request)
  • 24 hour emergency response to alarms or any other emergencies that arise
When inspections are completed we will notify you by email, text message or phone call.
Means of communication are determined by homeowner.

Security

Total Secure will respond 24/7 to any alarm signals from your security alarm company.  We will also respond to any other emergencies that should arise and provide you with an update of the situation.
